This simple pudding cake bakes up with a wonderful lemon cake and a fresh lemon pudding base.  Simply combine cake mix with 1 tablespoon melted butter and ½ cup milk.  Spread in a greased 9 X 9 pan and sprinkle topping mix over batter.  Gently pour 1 ¼ cups hot water over the top and bake.  This cake is perfect compliment to your favorite fresh berries.  Enjoy!
