This spicy dipping sauce combines sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger and spices. Simply combine the mix with 1 cup of water and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Allow to cool, then use with your favorite egg rolls, rangoons, or pot stickers. Or, on top of an 8 oz. block of softened cream cheese for a delicious appetizer.
