This simple pasta mix combines pasta with tomatoes, onions, garlic, spinach, and spices in an herb sauce. Simple add the seasoning packet with ½ C boiling water to reconstitute. Meanwhile, cook up the pasta. Once the pasta is cooked and drained and set aside. In a skillet add 3 TBL olive oil along with the reconstituted seasonings and heat for a minute. Next add ½ C heavy cream and simmer for another minute. Then add cooked pasta and stir to incorporate. Serve alongside your favorite protein for a delicious dinner.
