This rich beef based soup combines sliced dehydrated onions, leeks, and herbs. Simply add 7 cups of water to soup mix and cook for 35 minutes. Makes approximately eight 1 cup servings. For an authentic French onion soup, top serving with a slice of toasted French bread and your favorite Swiss or Provolone cheese. Then broil until lightly browned.
